Mulatto Daisy

Ingredients

  • White rum 1 12 oz.
  • Galliano 0.35 oz.
  • Dark cacao liqueur 34 oz.
  • Lime juice 0.35 oz.
  • Cocoa powder 0.1 oz.
  • Caster sugar 0.15 oz.
  • Fennel seeds 0.1 oz.
  • Ice cubes 7 oz.

Directions

  1. Pour 0.35 oz of galliano into a chilled champagne saucer
  2. Swish the sides of the champagne saucer with it and drink
  3. Rim the glass with cocoa powder
  4. Place 1/2 bar spoon of fennel seeds and 1 bar spoon of caster sugar into a shaker
  5. Pour in 0.35 oz of lime juice, 0.75 oz of dark cacao liqueur and 1.5 oz of white rum
  6. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
  7. Fine strain into the champagne saucer
