• Sambuca 2 oz.
  • Whole bean coffee 0.06 oz.


  1. Make a hole in a napkin and insert a drinking straw.
  2. Pour 2 oz of sambuca into a cognac glass.
  3. Place several whole coffee beans into a rocks glass.
  4. Place the cognac glass onto the rocks glass and set sambuca on fire.
  5. As the sambuca burns, turn the cognac glass.
  6. In 30 seconds, pour the sambuca into the rocks glass.
  7. Place the cognac glass upside down on the napkin with a drinking straw.
  8. Drink the sambuca, eat the whole coffee beans and inhale the vapors through the drinking straw.
