Ingredients

  • Cognac 1 12 oz.
  • Grenadine syrup 34 oz.
  • Blackcurrant syrup 34 oz.
  • Heavy cream 1 oz.
  • Red maraschino cherry 0.15 oz.
  • Ice cubes 7 oz.

Directions

  1. Pour 1 oz of heavy cream, 0.75 oz of blackcurrant syrup, 0.75 oz of grenadine syrup and 1.5 oz of сognac into a shaker
  2. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake thoroughly
  3. Strain into a chilled сhampagne saucer
  4. Garnish with a maraschino cherry
