Milk and Honey

Ingredients

  • Scotch whisky 1 12 oz.
  • Honey syrup 34 oz.
  • Cinnamon syrup 12 oz.
  • Heavy cream 34 oz.
  • Mint 0.03 oz.
  • Ground cinnamon 0.03 oz.
  • Red maraschino cherry 0.15 oz.
  • Ice cubes 7 oz.

Directions

  1. Pour 0.75 oz of heavy cream, 0.5 oz of cinnamon syrup, 0.75 oz of honey syrup and 1.5 oz of scotch whisky into a shaker.
  2. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake thoroughly.
  3. Strain into a chilled champagne saucer.
  4. Garnish with ground cinnamon, a red maraschino cherry and a mint leaf.
