Ingredients

  • Sake 3 12 oz.
  • Honey syrup 0.35 oz.
  • Vanilla syrup 0.35 oz.
  • Jasmine tea 3 12 oz.
  • Rose petals 2  
  • Ginger root 0.15 oz.

Directions

  1. One sake set is enough for about 5 portions
  2. Place a slice of ginger root into a milk pitcher and muddle
  3. Pour in 3.5 oz of jasmine tea, 0.35 oz of honey syrup, 0.35 oz of vanilla syrup and 3.5 oz of sake
  4. Stir while heating but do not bring to the boil
  5. Fine strain into a sake set
  6. Serve in a sake cup with rose petals
