Honey Versailles

Ingredients

  • Cognac 2 oz.
  • Triple sec liqueur 0.35 oz.
  • Blackberry 1 oz.
  • Lemon grass 0.15 oz.
  • Honey 0.35 oz.

Directions

  1. Place4 blackberries into a heated frying pan and add 0.35 oz of honey
  2. Stir on low heat until mixture reaches a uniform consistency
  3. Add a stalk of lemon grass, 0.35 oz of triple sec liqueur and 2 oz of cognac
  4. Set on fire the contents of frying pan and let it burn a little bit
  5. Fine strain into a cognac glass
  6. Garnish with a blackberry
