Banana Sambuca

Ingredients

  • Banana sambuca 2 oz.
  • Kiwi 1 oz.

Directions

  1. Make a hole in a napkin and insert a drinking straw
  2. Pour 2 oz of banana sambuca into a cognac glass
  3. Place a quarter of peeled and chopped kiwi into a rocks glass
  4. Place the cognac glass on the rocks glass and set sambuca on fire
  5. As sambuca burns, keep turning the cognac glass
  6. In 30 seconds pour sambuca into the rocks glass
  7. Place the cognac glass upside down on the napkin with the straw
  8. Drink sambuca, chase it with kiwi and inhale the vapors through the drinking straw
