English Virgin


  • London dry gin 2 oz.
  • Sugar syrup 0.35 oz.
  • Lemon juice 0.15 oz.
  • Pomegranate 6 oz.
  • Ice cubes 9 oz.


  1. Fill a red wine glass to the top with ice cubes
  2. Place seeds from a half of a pomegranate into a shaker and muddle
  3. Pour in 0.15 oz of lemon juice, 0.35 oz of sugar syrup and 2 oz of gin
  4. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
  5. Fine strain into the red wine glass
  6. Garnish with a pomegranate slice
