Gone with the Wind

Ingredients

  • Scotch whisky 1 12 oz.
  • Peach bitters 0.03 oz.
  • Orange bitters 0.03 oz.
  • Elderflower syrup 34 oz.
  • Sugar syrup 0.15 oz.
  • Mint 0.1 oz.
  • Saffron 0.03 oz.
  • Crushed ice 7 oz.

Directions

  1. Place 10 mint leaves, a pinch of saffron into a highball glass and muddle
  2. Fill the highball glass to the top with crushed ice
  3. Pour in 0.15 oz of sugar syrup, 0.75 oz of elderflower syrup and 1.5 oz of scotch whisky
  4. Add 1 dash of peach bitters and 1 dash of orange bitters and stir gently
  5. Top up with crushed ice
  6. Garnish with mint leaves
