Jamaican Mule

Ingredients

  • Dark rum 2 oz.
  • Lime juice 0.35 oz.
  • Ginger beer 3 12 oz.
  • Cucumber 1 14 oz.
  • Ginger root 1 12 oz.
  • Ice cubes 11 oz.

Directions

  1. Fill a rocks glass to the top with ice cubes
  2. Place 6 slices of ginger root into a juicer and juice
  3. Place 4 cucumber slices into a shaker and muddle
  4. Add 0.35 oz of lime juice, 0.5 oz of ginger root juice and 2 oz of dark rum
  5. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
  6. Fine strain into the rocks glass
  7. Top up with ginger beer and stir gently
  8. Garnish with a slice of ginger root and cucumber wheels
