Ingredients

  • London dry gin 1 12 oz.
  • Blackberry liqueur 34 oz.
  • Sugar syrup 12 oz.
  • Lime juice 0.35 oz.
  • Bilberry 1 12 oz.
  • Blackberry 2 oz.
  • Mint 0.03 oz.
  • Crushed ice 7 oz.
  • Ice cubes 7 oz.

Directions

  1. Fill a goblet glass to the top with crushed ice
  2. Place 7 blackberries, 9 bar spoons of bilberry into a shaker and muddle
  3. Pour in 0.35 oz of lime juice, 0.5 oz of sugar syrup, 0.75 oz of blackberry liqueur and 1.5 oz of gin
  4. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
  5. Fine strain into the goblet glass
  6. Top up with crushed ice
  7. Garnish with blackberries, bilberries, and a sprig of mint
