Yin Yang

Ingredients

  • London dry gin 2 oz.
  • Sugar syrup 34 oz.
  • Lemon juice 12 oz.
  • Club soda 3 12 oz.
  • Mint 0.06 oz.
  • Crushed ice 7 oz.

Directions

  1. Place 9 mint leaves into a highball glass
  2. Fill the highball glass to the top with crushed ice
  3. Pour in 0.5 oz of lemon juice, 0.75 oz of sugar syrup and 2 oz of gin
  4. Top up with club soda and stir gently
  5. Garnish with a mint leaf
