Strawberry Punch

Ingredients

  • White rum 25 oz.
  • Champagne 25 oz.
  • Apple juice 25 oz.
  • Tangerine 7 oz.
  • Lime 5 12 oz.
  • Frozen strawberry 50 oz.
  • Rosemary 0.35 oz.
  • Granulated sugar 33 12 oz.
  • Ice cubes 67 oz.

Directions

  1. One punch bowl is enough for about 20 rocks glasses
  2. Place 2 tangerines chopped in wheels and 2 limes into a punch bowl
  3. Blend 50 oz of frozen strawberries, 33.5 oz of granulated sugar and 25 oz of apple juice
  4. Fill the punch bowl 2/3 of the way with ice cubes
  5. Pour the strawberry puree from the blender into the punch bowl and add 25 oz of white rum
  6. Top up with champagne and stir gently
  7. Garnish with rosemary sprigs and pour into rocks glasses
