Mr. Uyeda's gimlet

Ingredients

  • London dry gin 1 12 oz.
  • Sugar syrup 0.15 oz.
  • Lime juice 12 oz.
  • Rocks ice 1  
  • Ice cubes 7 oz.

Directions

  1. Place an ice cube into a champagne saucer
  2. Pour 0.5 oz of lime juice, 0.15 oz of sugar syrup and 1.5 oz of gin into a shaker
  3. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and make a hard shake
  4. Strain into the champagne saucer
