Cherry-infused Bourbon

Ingredients

  • Bourbon 33 oz.
  • Frozen cherry 23 oz.
  • Caster sugar 34 oz.

Directions

  1. Fill a two-liter jar 3/4 of the way with frozen cherries, without tamping
  2. Add 0.75 oz of caster sugar and top up with bourbon
  3. Close the jar and leave for 1 week
  4. The infusion is ready when cherries begin to float
