Basil Lemonade

Basil Lemonade is a refreshing lemonade. It will be good for your party, events and hot summer days.

Ingredients

  • lychee syrup 1 1⁄2 oz.
  • lemon juice 1 oz.
  • club soda 13 1⁄2 oz.
  • strawberry 3 oz.
  • cucumber (peeled and chopped) 5 oz.
  • green basil 1⁄2 oz.
  • ice cubes 15 oz.

Directions

  1. Fill a pitcher 2/3 of the way with ice cubes.
  2. Add cucumber and 12 leaves of green basil into a blender.
  3. Pour in lemon juice and lychee syrup. Blend it and pour into the pitcher.
  4. Top up with club soda and stir gently.
  5. Garnish with strawberry halves and a sprig of green basil.
