Mango Daiquiri

Ingredients

  • White rum 1 12 oz.
  • Mango liqueur 34 oz.
  • Sugar syrup 12 oz.
  • Lemon juice 12 oz.
  • Mango 1 oz.
  • Ice cubes 7 oz.

Directions

  1. Pour 0.5 oz of lemon juice, 0.5 oz of sugar syrup, 0.75 oz of mango liqueur and 1.5 oz of white rum into a shaker
  2. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
  3. Strain into a chilled champagne saucer
  4. Garnish with a slice of mango
