Sorrel Lemonade

Ingredients

  • Ginger beer 17 oz.
  • Still water 2 oz.
  • Raspberry 1 oz.
  • 
Sorrel 34 oz.
  • Ginger root 1 oz.
  • Cane sugar cubes 0.15 oz.
  • Ice cubes 15 oz.

Directions

  1. A one-liter pitcher is enough for about 4 highball glasses
  2. Fill the pitcher 2/3 of the way with ice cubes
  3. Place a bunch of sorrel leaves and 1 bar spoon of granulated cane sugar into a blender
  4. Pour in 2 oz of still water
  5. Blend without ice and fine strain into the pitcher
  6. Top up with ginger beer and stir gently
  7. Garnish with 5 slices of ginger root and 5 raspberries
