Pirate

Ingredients

  • Spiced rum 1 12 oz.
  • Dry orange liqueur 34 oz.
  • Maraschino liqueur 34 oz.
  • Angostura bitters 0.15 oz.
  • Almond syrup 0.35 oz.
  • Lemon juice 12 oz.
  • Sprite 3 12 oz.
  • Lime 34 oz.
  • Ginger root 12 oz.
  • Red maraschino cherry 0.15 oz.
  • Ice cubes 13 oz.

Directions

  1. Fill a highball glass to the top with ice cubes
  2. Place a ginger root wedge into a shaker and muddle
  3. Pour in 0.5 oz of lemon juice, 0.35 oz of almond syrup, 0.75 oz of maraschino liqueur, 0.75 oz of dry orange liqueur and 1.5 oz of spiced rum
  4. Add 5 dashes of angostura bitters
  5. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
  6. Fine strain into the highball glass
  7. Top up with sprite and stir gently
  8. Garnish with a red maraschino cherry, ginger root and kime wedges
