Trans-Siberian Express

Ingredients

  • Vodka 1 12 oz.
  • Orange juice 3 12 oz.
  • Orange 1 oz.
  • Rosemary 0.1 oz.
  • Sea buckthorn jam 0.35 oz.
  • Ginger root 0.15 oz.
  • Crushed ice 7 oz.

Directions

  1. Place a ginger root wedge, 2 bar spoons of sea buckthorn jam into a highball glass and muddle
  2. Fill the highball glass to the top with crushed ice
  3. Pour in 1.5 oz of vodka
  4. Top up with orange juice and stir gently
  5. Top up with crushed ice
  6. Place the highball on a tea glass holder and garnish it with a sprig of rosemary and an orange wheel
