Le Jardin de Meme

Ingredients

  • Absinthe 0.15 oz.
  • Green chartreuse 1 12 oz.
  • Elderflower liqueur 12 oz.
  • Sugar syrup 0.15 oz.
  • Lime juice 34 oz.
  • Quail egg white 12 oz.
  • Green basil 0.1 oz.
  • Ice cubes 7 oz.

Directions

  1. Place 3 green basil leaves into a shaker
  2. Add 0.75 oz of lime juice, 0.15 oz of sugar syrup and muddle
  3. Pour in 0.5 oz of quail egg white, 1.5 oz of green chartreuse, 0.5 oz of elderflower liqueur and 0.15 oz of absinthe
  4. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake thoroughly
  5. Fine strain into a chilled champagne saucer
  6. Garnish with a green basil leaf
