Singapore Sling

Ingredients

  • London dry gin 1 oz.
  • Benedictine 0.35 oz.
  • Triple sec liqueur 0.35 oz.
  • Cherry liqueur 12 oz.
  • Angostura bitters 0.03 oz.
  • Grenadine syrup 0.15 oz.
  • Pineapple juice 4 oz.
  • Lime juice 12 oz.
  • Pineapple 1 oz.
  • Red maraschino cherry 0.15 oz.
  • Ice cubes 12 oz.

Directions

  1. Fill a sling glass to the top with ice cubes
  2. Pour 0.5 oz of lime juice, 4 oz of pineapple juice, 0.15 oz of grenadine syrup, 0.5 oz of cherry liqueur, 0.35 oz of triple sec liqueur, 0.35 oz of benedictine and 1 oz of gin into a shaker
  3. Add 1 dash of angostura bitters
  4. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
  5. Strain into the chilled sling glass
  6. Garnish with a small pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry on a cocktail skewer
