Breakfast at Tiffany's

Ingredients

  • White rum 1 oz.
  • Gold rum 1 oz.
  • Dark rum 1 oz.
  • Aged rum 1 oz.
  • Jasmine syrup 1 14 oz.
  • Lime juice 1 oz.
  • Grapefruit juice 34 oz.
  • Club soda 2 12 oz.
  • Jasmine tea 1 34 oz.
  • Ice cubes 10 oz.
  • Dry ice 5 oz.

Directions

  1. Pour 1 oz of lime juice, 1.75 oz of jasmine tea, 0.75 oz of grapefruit juice and 1.25 oz of jasmine syrup into a mixing glass
  2. Add 1 oz of white rum, 1 oz of gold rum, 1 oz of dark rum and 1 oz of aged rum
  3. Fill the glass with ice cubes and stir gently
  4. Strain into a teapot
  5. Top up with club soda
  6. Place a tea sieve with dry ice into the teapot
  7. Close the lid and pour the cocktail into tea cups
