Champagne Cobbler

Ingredients

  • Maraschino liqueur 34 oz.
  • Champagne 4 oz.
  • Orange juice 1 oz.
  • Pineapple juice 1 oz.
  • Raspberry 12 oz.
  • Bilberry 0.15 oz.
  • Mint 0.03 oz.
  • Ice cubes 7 oz.
  • Crushed ice 2 oz.

Directions

  1. Place a wet from the outside copper mug into crushed ice and fill it to the top with ice cubes
  2. Pour 1 oz of orange juice, 1 oz of pineapple juice and 0.75 oz of maraschino liqueur into a mixing glass
  3. Fill the glass with ice cubes
  4. Add 4 oz of champagne and stir gently
  5. Strain into the copper mug
  6. Serve on a saucer, garnished with a mint sprig, bilberries and raspberries
