Rum and Ginger Beer

Ingredients

  • Gold rum 2 oz.
  • Sugar syrup 0.35 oz.
  • Lime juice 0.35 oz.
  • Ginger beer 4 oz.
  • Lime zest 1  
  • Ice cubes 6 oz.

Directions

  1. Fill a highball glass to the top with ice cubes.
  2. Pour in 10 oz of lime juice, 10 oz of sugar syrup and 50 oz of gold rum.
  3. Top up with ginger beer and stir gently.
  4. Garnish with lime zest.
