Raspberry Tea

Ingredients

  • Still water 5 oz.
  • Raspberry 1 12 oz.
  • Honey 1 12 oz.
  • Granulated sugar 12 oz.
  • Lemon zest 1  

Directions

  1. Place 5 raspberries, 3 bar spoons of granulated sugar into a milk pitcher and muddle
  2. Add 1.5 oz of honey and 5 oz of still water
  3. Stir while heating, but do not bring to the boil
  4. Pour into an irish coffee glass
  5. Garnish with raspberries on a cocktail skewer and lemon zest
