Mint Clan

Ingredients

  • Scotch whisky 2 oz.
  • Sugar syrup 2 oz.
  • Lemon juice 12 oz.
  • Peach iced tea 2 oz.
  • Peach 1 oz.
  • Mint 0.06 oz.
  • Crushed ice 5 oz.

Directions

  1. Place 7 mint leaves into a rocks glass
  2. Fill the glass to the top with crushed ice
  3. Pour in 0.5 oz of lemon juice1 oz of sugar syrup and 1 oz of peach iced tea
  4. Add 2 oz of scotch whisky and stir gently
  5. Top up with crushed ice
  6. Garnish with two peach wedges
