Rogue

Ingredients

  • White rum 2 oz.
  • Triple sec liqueur 34 oz.
  • Peach syrup 34 oz.
  • Black tea 4 oz.
  • Peach puree 1 oz.
  • Orange 1 12 oz.
  • Lemon 1 12 oz.
  • Apple 34 oz.
  • Kumquat 0.35 oz.
  • Mint 0.03 oz.
  • 
Cloves 0.06 oz.
  • Ground cinnamon 0.06 oz.

Directions

  1. Place 6 bar spoons of peach puree into an irish coffee glass
  2. Add chopped orange, lemon and green wedges
  3. Pour in 0.75 oz l of peach syrup, 0.75 oz l of triple sec liqueur and 2 oz of white rum
  4. Add a pinch of ground cinnamon and 2 cloves
  5. Top up with hot black tea and stir gently
  6. Garnish with a kumquat and a mint sprig
