The Fruit Loop

Ingredients

  • Jenever 1 12 oz.
  • Passion fruit jenever 12 oz.
  • Verbena liqueur 0.35 oz.
  • Lemon juice 34 oz.
  • Green basil 0.1 oz.
  • Violet flowers 2  
  • Caster sugar 0.15 oz.
  • Ice cubes 7 oz.

Directions

  1. Place 4 green basil leaves into a shaker
  2. Pour in 0.75 oz of lemon juice, 0.35 oz of verbena liqueur, 1.5 oz of jenever and 0.5 oz of passion fruit jenever
  3. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
  4. Fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass
  5. Garnish with a green basil leaf, violet flowers and a pinch of caster sugar
