Irish Boozy Punch

Ingredients

  • Irish whiskey 33 12 oz.
  • Orange bitters 2 oz.
  • Cinnamon syrup 7 oz.
  • Lemon juice 3 12 oz.
  • Orange juice 5 oz.
  • Duches lemonade 93 12 oz.
  • Pear 30 oz.
  • Lemon 11 oz.
  • Orange 20 oz.
  • Cinnamon sticks 1 34 oz.
  • Cardamom 2 oz.
  • Ground nutmeg 34 oz.
  • Ice cubes 67 oz.

Directions

  1. A five-liter punch bowl is enough for 20-25 portions
  2. Chop 4 pears into slices and put into the bowl
  3. Add 2 oranges and 2 lemons chopped on wheels, 10 cinnamon sticks and 60 seeds of cardamom
  4. Pour in 3.5 oz of lemon juice, 5 oz of orange juice, 7 oz of cinnamon syrup and 33.5 oz of irish whiskey
  5. Add 60 dashes of orange bitters
  6. Top up with duchess lemonade and stir gently
  7. Fill rocks glasses with ice cubes and punch
  8. Garnish each cocktail with a slice of pear and ground nutmeg
