Pisco Punch

Ingredients

  • Pisco 2 oz.
  • Sugar syrup 1 oz.
  • Pineapple juice 2 oz.
  • Lime juice 1 oz.
  • Lime 0.35 oz.
  • Red maraschino cherry 0.15 oz.
  • Ice cubes 14 oz.

Directions

  1. Fill a goblet glass to the top with ice cubes
  2. Pour 1 oz of lime juice, 2 oz of pineapple juice, 1 oz of sugar syrup and 2 oz of pisco into a shaker
  3. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
  4. Strain into the goblet glass
  5. Garnish with a lime wheel and a red maraschino cherry on a cocktail skewer
