Directions
- Fill a сollins glass to the top with crushed ice
- Place a chopped cucumber half, a slice of ginger root into a shaker and muddle
- Add 0.5 oz of lemon juice and 0.5 oz of passion fruit syrup
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Strain into the glass
- Add the pulp of a quarter of passion fruit
- Top up with champagne and stir gently
- Garnish with a thin cucumber sliver on a cocktail skewer and a quarter of passion fruit
