Ingredients

  • Champagne 5 oz.
  • Passion fruit syrup 12 oz.
  • Lemon juice 12 oz.
  • 
Passion fruit 1 12 oz.
  • Cucumber 3 oz.
  • Ginger root 0.15 oz.
  • Crushed ice 7 oz.
  • Ice cubes 7 oz.

Directions

  1. Fill a сollins glass to the top with crushed ice
  2. Place a chopped cucumber half, a slice of ginger root into a shaker and muddle
  3. Add 0.5 oz of lemon juice and 0.5 oz of passion fruit syrup
  4. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
  5. Strain into the glass
  6. Add the pulp of a quarter of passion fruit
  7. Top up with champagne and stir gently
  8. Garnish with a thin cucumber sliver on a cocktail skewer and a quarter of passion fruit
