Ingredients

  • Cherry sambuca 12 oz.
  • Cognac 12 oz.
  • Campari 34 oz.
  • Angostura bitters 0.03 oz.
  • Red maraschino cherry 0.15 oz.

Directions

  1. Pour 0.5 oz of cherry sambuca into a shot glass
  2. Use bar spoon to layer on 0.75 oz of campari and 0.5 oz of cognac
  3. Put a drop of angostura bitters on a maraschino cherry
  4. Garnish the cocktail with the cherry on a cocktail skewer
