Ingredients

  • London dry gin 2 oz.
  • Raspberry syrup 1 oz.
  • Lime juice 12 oz.
  • Quail egg white 12 oz.
  • Mint 0.03 oz.
  • Ice cubes 7 oz.

Directions

  1. Pour 0.5 oz of quail egg white, 0.5 oz of lime juice, 1 oz of raspberry syrup and 2 oz of gin into a shaker
  2. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake thoroughly
  3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
  4. Garnish with a mint leaf
