Perfect Continuous

Ingredients

  • White rum 1 oz.
  • Irish cream liqueur 1 12 oz.
  • Strawberry syrup 34 oz.
  • Caramel syrup 34 oz.
  • Heavy cream 1 12 oz.
  • Strawberry 3 oz.
  • Crushed ice 2 oz.

Directions

  1. Place 3 strawberries into a blender
  2. Pour in 1.5 oz of heavy cream, 0.75 oz of strawberry syrup, 0.75 oz of caramel syrup, 1.5 oz of Irish cream liqueur and 1 oz of white rum
  3. Add a scoop of crushed ice and blend
  4. Pour into a highball glass
  5. Garnish with a strawberry
