Ruby Punch

Ingredients

  • White rum 10 oz.
  • Creme de cassis liqueur 10 oz.
  • Dry red wine 43 oz.
  • Champagne 50 oz.
  • Grenadine syrup 7 oz.
  • Orange 10 oz.
  • Lemon 5 12 oz.
  • Lime 3 oz.
  • Red maraschino cherry 2 12 oz.
  • Ice cubes 67 oz.

Directions

  1. A 5-liter punch bowl is enough for about 20–25 portions
  2. Fill a punch bowl 1/3 of the way with ice cubes
  3. Add about 15 red maraschino cherries and an orange, lemon and lime, sliced in wheels
  4. Pour in 7 oz of grenadine syrup, 43 oz of dry red wine, 10 oz of creme de cassis liqueur and 10 oz of white rum
  5. Top up with champagne and stir gently
