Orange-mango Sambuca

Ingredients

  • Orange-mango sambuca 2 oz.
  • Orange 12 oz.

Directions

  1. Make a hole in a napkin and insert a drinking straw
  2. Pour 2 oz of orange-mango sambuca into a cognac glass
  3. Place 3 pieces of a peeled orange into a rocks glass
  4. Place the cognac glass on the rocks glass and set sambuca on fire
  5. As sambuca burns, keep turning the cognac glass
  6. In 30 seconds pour sambuca into the rocks glass
  7. Place the cognac glass upside down on the napkin with the straw
  8. Drink sambuca, chase it with orange and inhale the vapors through the drinking straw
