Lily Rose

Ingredients

  • Citrus vodka 1 12 oz.
  • Rose syrup 12 oz.
  • Grenadine syrup 0.15 oz.
  • Lime juice 0.35 oz.
  • Quail egg white 34 oz.
  • Peach puree 1 oz.
  • Rose petals 1  
  • Rosewater 0.03 oz.
  • Ice cubes 13 oz.

Directions

  1. Fill a highball glass to the top with ice cubes
  2. Place 6 bar spoons of peach puree into a shaker
  3. Pour in 0.75 oz of quail egg white, 0.35 oz of lime juice, 0.15 oz of grenadine syrup, 0.5 oz of rose syrup and 1.5 oz of citrus vodka
  4. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake thoroughly
  5. Strain into the highball glass
  6. Spray rose water over the cocktail
  7. Garnish with a rose petal
