Ingredients

  • Single Islay malt whisky 0.15 oz.
  • Homemade banana whiskey 1 12 oz.
  • Pedro Ximenez sherry 12 oz.
  • Angostura bitters 0.03 oz.
  • Ice cubes 7 oz.

Directions

  1. Sprinkle the edges and inner side of a chilled cocktail glass with single Islay malt whisky
  2. Pour 0.5 oz of pedro ximenez sherry and 1.5 oz of homemade banana whiskey into a shaker
  3. Add 1 dash of angostura bitters
  4. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
  5. Strain into the aromatized cocktail glass
