Hot Trans-Siberian Express

Ingredients

  • Cognac 1 12 oz.
  • Orange juice 2 oz.
  • Lemon juice 0.35 oz.
  • Still water 3 oz.
  • Orange 1 oz.
  • Rosemary 0.1 oz.
  • Sea buckthorn jam 3 oz.
  • Ginger root 1 oz.

Directions

  1. Place 6 slices of ginger root into a juicer and juice
  2. Place 4 bar spoons of sea buckthorn jam into a highball glass
  3. Pour in 0.35 oz of lemon juice, 0.5 oz of ginger root juice, 2 oz of orange juice and 1.5 oz of cognac
  4. Top up with boiling water and stir gently
  5. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and an orange wheel
