Toddy Grog

Ingredients

  • Dark rum 2 oz.
  • Grenadine syrup 34 oz.
  • Black tea 5 oz.
  • Orange 2 12 oz.
  • Lemon 1 12 oz.
  • Carambola 12 oz.
  • Mint 0.03 oz.
  • Ground cinnamon 0.03 oz.
  • 
Cloves 0.06 oz.

Directions

  1. Place finely-chopped orange and lemon quarters into an irish coffee glass
  2. Add a pinch of ground cinnamon and 2 cloves
  3. Pour in 0.75 oz of grenadine syrup and 2 oz of dark rum
  4. Top up with hot black tea and stir gently
  5. Garnish with carambola and a mint sprig
