Tropical Lemonade

Ingredients

  • Green banana syrup 2 12 oz.
  • Pineapple juice 17 12 oz.
  • 
Passion fruit 1 12 oz.
  • Granulated cane sugar 0.15 oz.
  • Coconut milk 3 oz.
  • Ice cubes 22 oz.

Directions

  1. A liter pitcher is enough for about 4 highball glasses
  2. Fill the pitcher 2/3 of the way with ice cubes
  3. Place 1 bar spoon of granulated cane sugar into a shaker
  4. Pour in 3 oz of coconut milk, 17.5 oz of pineapple juice and 2.5 oz of green banana syrup
  5. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
  6. Strain into the pitcher
  7. Top up with pineapple juice and stir gently
  8. Garnish with the half of passion fruit
