A Night in Tunisia

Ingredients

  • Vodka 1 12 oz.
  • Absinthe 0.15 oz.
  • Apricot liqueur 0.35 oz.
  • Red vermouth 34 oz.
  • Orange juice 34 oz.
  • Grapefruit juice 0.35 oz.
  • Ground cinnamon 0.03 oz.
  • Orange zest 1  
  • Ice cubes 7 oz.

Directions

  1. Pour 0.35 oz of grapefruit juice, 0.75 oz of orange juice, 0.75 oz of red vermouth, 0.35 oz of apricot liqueur and 1.5 oz of vodka into a shaker
  2. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
  3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
  4. Add absinthe and light it up
  5. As the cocktail burns, squeeze orange zest over it and add a little bit of ground cinnamon
  6. Wait until absinthe finishes burning and drink
