Tiki Moonshine


  • White rum 2 oz.
  • Pineapple puree 34 oz.
  • Cinnamon sticks 0.15 oz.


  1. Place 4 bar spoons of pineapple puree into a distiller bottle
  2. Pour in 2 oz of white rum and place a cinnamon stick
  3. Light up a culinary torch
  4. Wait 15 minutes until distillation product transfers from the bottle into a shot glass and drink the resulting cocktail
