Apple Sambuca

Ingredients

  • Apple sambuca 2 oz.
  • Apple 34 oz.
  • Ground cinnamon 0.03 oz.

Directions

  1. Make a hole in a napkin and insert a drinking straw
  2. Pour 2 oz of apple sambuca into a cognac glass
  3. Place a chopped apple wedge into a rocks glass and sprinkle it with ground cinnamon
  4. Place the cognac glass on the rocks glass and set sambuca on fire
  5. As sambuca burns, keep turning the cognac glass
  6. In 30 seconds pour sambuca into the rocks glass
  7. Place the cognac glass upside down on the napkin with the straw
  8. Drink sambuca, chase it with spicy apple and inhale the vapors through the drinking straw
