Berry Mulled Wine

Ingredients

  • Dry red wine 5 oz.
  • Apple 34 oz.
  • Cranberry 0.15 oz.
  • Raspberry jam 34 oz.
  • Honey 0.15 oz.
  • Vanilla granulated sugar 0.15 oz.
  • 
Cloves 0.1 oz.
  • Cinnamon sticks 0.35 oz.
  • Dried apricots 14 oz.
  • Prune 0.35 oz.
  • Lemon zest 1  
  • Orange zest 1  

Directions

  1. Place 4 bar spoons of raspberry jam and 1 bar spoon of cranberries into a milk pitcher
  2. Pour in 5 oz of dry red wine
  3. Add orange and lemon zests, 1 bar spoon of vanilla granulated sugar, 3 cloves and a cinnamon stick
  4. Stir while heating, but do not bring to the boil
  5. Pour into an irish coffee glass
  6. Serve with a tartlet with dried apricots, dried plum and an apple wedge, dipped in honey
