Caribbean Touch

Ingredients

  • White rum 3 12 oz.
  • Mango liqueur 1 34 oz.
  • Sugar syrup 34 oz.
  • Grapefruit juice 3 12 oz.
  • Kiwi 2 oz.
  • Pineapple 40 oz.
  • Orange 1 12 oz.
  • Lime 34 oz.
  • Red maraschino cherry 0.15 oz.
  • Crushed ice 2 oz.

Directions

  1. Remove the pineapple pulp using a pineapple slicer
  2. Place 6 chopped pineapple wedges and a peeled kiwi half into a blender
  3. Pour in 3.5 oz of grapefruit juice, 0.75 oz of sugar syrup, 1.75 oz of mango liqueur and 3.5 oz of white rum
  4. Add a scoop of crushed ice and blend
  5. Pour into the pineapple
  6. Garnish with orange and lime wedges, and a maraschino cherry with a cocktail umbrella
