Ingredients

  • Absinthe 12 oz.
  • Campari 12 oz.
  • Sugar syrup 0.06 oz.
  • Still water 0.35 oz.

Directions

  1. Pour 0.5 oz of campari into a shot glass
  2. Use bar spoon to layer on 0.35 oz of still water and 0.5 oz of absinthe
  3. Carefully add 2 drops of sugar syrup using a drinking straw
  4. Light it up and quickly drink through the drinking straw
