Royal Dreams

Ingredients

  • Champagne 7 oz.
  • Strawberry syrup 34 oz.
  • Orange 1 oz.
  • Strawberry 4 oz.
  • Granulated sugar 0.06 oz.
  • Ice cubes 7 oz.

Directions

  1. Rim a hurricane glass with sugar and fill to the top with ice cubes
  2. Place 5 strawberries into a blender
  3. Pour in 0.75 oz of strawberry syrup and blend
  4. Pour the puree from the blender into the hurricane glass
  5. Top up with champagne and stir gently
  6. Garnish with a half of strawberry on a cocktail skewer and an orange wheel
