Tennessee Coffee

Ingredients

  • Bourbon 2 oz.
  • Coffee liqueur 0.35 oz.
  • Sugar syrup 34 oz.
  • Lemon juice 1 oz.
  • Quail egg white 34 oz.
  • Orange zest 1  
  • Ice cubes 13 oz.

Directions

  1. Fill a goblet glass to the top with ice cubes
  2. Pour 0.75 oz of quail egg white, 1 oz of lemon juice, 0.75 oz of sugar syrup, 0.35 oz of coffee liqueur and 2 oz of bourbon into a shaker
  3. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake thoroughly
  4. Strain into the goblet glass
  5. Garnish with orange zest
